Rights vs Duties : Whom to Prioritise ?

A deep down tragedy of the Indian Constitutional framework where rights have become the sole priority of the lawmakers and for the citizens too. Nobody talks about the duties that needs to be fulfilled as the citizen of this land. 

Lack of gravity in the understanding of the constitutional makers about the deep rooted slave mentality and desire to stand-up for themselves resulted in the chaos around the political and social spectrum of this country.

Everybody wants their rights without fulfilling their duties.
